I'm very excited to share that eicó Paints has recently launched 35 new colours. This paint brand is known for its eco-friendly production methods and long-lasting finishes. All eight finishes are made in Sweden and Iceland, and the entire manufacturing process is independently certified as carbon-positive from start to finish. They use quality raw materials to create a durable paint range that is easy to use. The new colour palette is simply beautiful! Although the colour card has seen changes in the past, this new range is sure to impress.

Customer favourites are antique white, gardenia white, linen, alum, and chalk.There are 132 coordinating colours available in the Eicó colour card. Each shade is highly concentrated to provide superb coverage and rich, vivid colours. We are excited about the new vibrant additions, such as Rambutan, Mosaic, Shamouti, Shoveler Green, and Haapsalu. Also, for customers looking for a deeper-than-black finish, the new colours Ace of Spades and Emerald Black are great choices!

A quick introduction to eicó paints

We are thrilled to offer you eicó Pants, which have a diverse selection of premium water-based paints that are both durable and versatile. The range of paints are excellent for interior and exterior surfaces, and they have excellent colour retention. Our first-hand experience with the paint has proven that the paint has great coverage, no odour and is simple to use.

Eicó paints are APEO and solvent-free, which is important for asthma and allergy sufferers. Additionally, it has a very low VOC rating (≤ 0.5%), making it an environmentally friendly product.

Importing eicó paints

When returning from Iceland, the cargo ships are often up to 80% empty. Eicó utilises this unused space to export paint to the UK, thus minimising its carbon footprint. Eicó has designed tins that are shaped in a way that maximises the available storage space. In recent years, the company has been measuring its carbon usage in shipping and taking steps to offset it in its business.

Eicó paint is made in Iceland and Sweden. The Iceland plant only manufactures paints made with 100% pure acrylic within the ingredient list. The electricity used in the paint factory runs on the country’s abundant geothermal and hydro-power energy sources. The Swedish plant has progressively increased its green credentials and is already majority powered by renewable energy – and is working towards 100%
