Express Delivery - Typically 1 to 2 working days but usually the next working day if ordered by 12pm (midday) on a working day (Monday to Friday). However due to current covid and delivery driver issues we cannot offer an express delivery option.
Economy Delivery - Typically 2 to 4 working days. However, as we are experiencing high demand we must advise that your delivery window could, at times, be up to 7 working days due to courier driver shortages.
Saturday & A.M Deliveries - Please get in touch with us for a price if you need a delivery on a Saturday or before midday. Please be aware though that ue to current covid and delivery driver issues we cannot guarantee these delivery options.
While the majority of deliveries are made within the time indicated we cannot guarantee a delivery date .
Delivery options exclude Bank Holidays and weekends, and are provided in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Trading
Our shop may be open on bank holidays, please call us before travelling on 01239 777009 or check our twitter and facebook pages. We cannot send out items on bank holidays and therefore for delivery purposes they are not considered a working day.
Get an estimated delivery cost before going to checkout
- Add the item/s you want to your Cart.
- Click the VIEW OR EDIT YOUR CART button on the added to cart overlay or click the Shopping Cart icon in the top right corner.
- You are now in your Shopping Cart. Under the Subtotal, click the ESTIMATE SHIPPING & TAX button.
- Enter your post code and your delivery options and costs will be displayed.
We work hard to send your order as cheaply as possible, while ensuring it gets to you safely.
Your total delivery price will be calculated when you go to check out.
(You can check this at any time and continue shopping as you like by following the estimate delivery cost process above)
To ensure you get the best delivery prices our delivery prices are based on the total weight of items purchased, and your delivery postcode.
For example the following quantities will be sent by pallet.
- Over 3 x 10 litres of paint or over 6 x 5 litres of paint,
- Over 9 x 370mm wide or over 6 x 570mm wide insulation,
- All lime products,
- All hemp shiv items.

Islands and Remote Locations
We specialise in deliveries to offshore islands and remote locations, and will quote an individual price based on your needs. If you need a delivery to an island or remote location, please give us a call and we will work out a competitive delivery price for you.
We currently do not offer international delivery, unfortunately this includes the Republic of Ireland. We are actively looking at this as we fully understand new BREXIT procedures. We will endeavour to offer this again.
Tracking data, if available, will be emailed to you when we ship the items to you.
Colour cards are sent free of charge, you can order them from the webshop like any other product.
If you would like to return an item, for any reason, please contact us.
Damages and Spillages
Where goods are received by the customer damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery in order for replacement goods to be re-sent free of charge. No such claims will be accepted after the 48 hours has elapsed. You may be required to complete a form to enable us to process your claim. Please contact us for the form and details of how to proceed.
