Treatex Thinner - Thins Treatex Hardwax Oil for proper penetration into oily or dense wood.
When treating oily or dense woods e.g. iroko, ipe, teak, jarrah, merbau etc. thin the first coat of Treatex Hardwax Oil Ultra Clear with approximately 10% Treatex Thinner.
This allows the product to properly penetrate into these type of timbers.
Treatex Thinner is also suitable for cleaning brushes that have been used for Treatex oil based products.

Application
- Mix the first coat of Treatex Hardwax Oil Ultra Clear with approximately 10% Treatex Thinner.
- Apply the mixture as you would apply Treatex Hardwax Oil Clear.
- There is no need to thin the second coat of Treatex Hardwax Oil Clear.
