Celtic Sustainables 2025: Year in Review

We hope you enjoy the picture of the giant lantern parade above, which took place recently in Cardigan during our Christmas team celebration. We enjoyed delicious food and timed it perfectly to catch the incredible giant lanterns winding through the town. It was truly spectacular, and so inspiring to see so many people participating. This year’s theme was the national eisteddfod, and the standout lanterns included stunning depictions of Lord Rhys seated on a ceremonial chair, a bunch of glittering crowns, a charming rowing boat, and an amazing dragon! The parade wrapped up by the bridge with a fireworks display, making it a night to remember. Couldn’t have asked for a more fun and festive way to celebrate Christmas with the team!

Our Christmas celebration provided a chance to reflect on 2025, which was a remarkable year for Celtic Sustainables! It marked significant milestones not only for our team but also for our amazing customers, who opted to prioritise sustainability and put the environment and planet first over toxic alternatives. Before we jump into 2026, let’s look back at the most memorable moments of 2025 and see what we achieved together. Here's our top 5 personal achievements for Celtic Sustainables:

 ✦ This year has been full of important achievements and exciting progress. It's wonderful to see our team expanding—this year, we welcomed two new members into the Celtic family. Paul is now the master mixer, confidently handling all the Earthborn, eico, Graphenstone orders. Toby also joined us, settling into the warehouse, where he has become a vital part of the warehouse and dispatch team.

 ✦ We successfully launched a new range of water butts, including the Drop 410 litres, Tubo 210 litres, and Rain Herb Water Butt with Planter, and they were popular products during the summer months.

 ✦ We continually updated our website with new data and information. One of the brands that saw many changes was Treatex. We updated Treatex Hardwax Oils, introducing Iroko Oil, a highly durable, exterior-grade finish offering exceptional UV and weather protection for various timbers.

 ✦ A key milestone was the implementation of accurate, live delivery costing for our customers, ensuring precise shipping fees for products like Thermafleece batts and slabs. So you don't have to take time our of your busy day to phone us for the delivery cost of these products. We take pride in achieving these changes, enhancing our service quality and customer experience. 

 ✦ We proudly celebrated our first anniversary since relocating to Unit 3. We're feeling settled and joyful, and most of our local customers have happily found us at our new location.
