Why Choose the 250L Barrique Water Butt?
The 250L Barrique Water Butt combines practicality with timeless garden style. Featuring a beautifully detailed oak barrel effect, moulded from a real wooden cask, it offers all the charm of a traditional barrel without the maintenance, thanks to its durable, UV-resistant high-grade recyclable polyethylene construction.
With a generous 250-litre capacity, it's an excellent way to collect and store rainwater for use around the garden, helping to reduce mains water consumption while making the most of natural rainfall. Each water butt comes complete with a ¾" solid brass tap, wall fixing bracket, and screws for secure installation.
For the best rainwater harvesting performance, we recommend pairing it with our Filter Collector Universal. The Filter Collector Universal does three things:
- Connects and diverts water from your downpipe to your barrel,
- Filters out all the leaves, and
- acts as an overflow to put the water back down the downpipe when the water barrel is full.
We totally recommend fitting it where possible to take advantages of these benefits.
It is available in three colours, Black, Brown and Grey.
