These Terms set out the basis on which Celtic Sustainables Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) supply goods to you (“you”, “the customer”). By placing an order with us you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Ordering & Contract Formation
- All orders placed through our website, by phone, or by email are treated as offers to purchase.
- A contract is formed only when we issue an order confirmation or invoice, or when goods are dispatched, whichever comes first.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before delivery for any reason (including stock shortages, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity).
2. Prices & Payment
- All prices shown are in pounds sterling (£) and typically include VAT on product pages.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before or after order acceptance. If this happens, we will contact you before proceeding.
- Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched.
- We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, credit/debit card (also processed by PayPal), and phone payments by card. Phone payments are processed securely, and we never store your card details.
3. Returns & Cancellations
- All returned goods must be complete, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Consumers have the right to cancel orders within 14 days of receiving goods. You may return the goods at your cost, and we will refund the price paid for the goods and our standard delivery charges. This does not affect your statutory rights. Bespoke or customised items (such as tinted paint) and goods unsuitable for return once opened or used for hygiene reasons cannot be returned.
- In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day goodwill returns policy for non-faulty goods. Goods must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. However, if preferred and at our discretion, we can arrange collection for a fee.
- If the goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund including initial delivery charges and return postage as per the Consumer Rights Act.
- Returns must be agreed in advance, and we will issue a returns number.
- When returning goods, you are responsible for ensuring they are packaged securely and appropriately to avoid damage in transit. We recommend using the original packaging wherever possible. If goods are returned damaged due to inadequate packaging, we reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund to reflect any loss in value.
- For faulty or damaged goods being returned, we will arrange collection at our expense, but you are still responsible for ensuring the goods are properly packaged for transit.
- Businesses purchasing goods are not eligible for consumer protections under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Our 30-day goodwill returns policy does not apply to business customers unless agreed otherwise in writing. Any returns we do accept for business customers may be subject to a restocking fee.

4. Delivery
- Delivery charges are shown at checkout or confirmed at the time of quotation. Additional charges may apply for remote locations, bulky items, or special handling.
- Delivery times provided are estimates only and run from when we acknowledge your order or dispatch the goods. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control, including courier issues, weather conditions, or industrial action.
- Orders may be delivered in instalments if items are out of stock or for logistical reasons. Each instalment may be invoiced separately, but no extra charge will apply for partial deliveries unless agreed in advance.
- Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery or collection, even if payment is not yet received in full.
- You must inspect goods on arrival. Any visible damage must be reported to us within 48 hours with photographs (by email or WhatsApp).
- If you are unavailable to receive the goods, we may charge for redelivery or storage, or return the goods to us.
- Certain goods (such as lime, paint, or heavy items) may require special handling. You are responsible for ensuring safe receipt and handling during delivery.
- Delivery is typically via courier, carrier, or our own transport. Specific arrangements may be made for large, bulky, or hazardous items.
5. Warranty
- Unless otherwise stated, new goods are supplied with a 12-month Return to Base warranty. Perishable items such as paint and lime are covered under warranty only for use within the manufacturer’s recommended shelf-life from the delivery date. Goods must be stored in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Second-hand or reconditioned goods are supplied without warranty unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Warranty covers repair, replacement, or refund (at our discretion) for manufacturing defects.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, poor maintenance, or repairs by third parties.
- Replacement or repaired goods continue under the original warranty period.
6. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage arising from our goods or services.
- If liability is established, our maximum responsibility is limited to the price paid for the relevant goods or services.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility for non-faulty returns unless the goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
7. Advice & Guidance
- Any advice, guidance, or recommendations provided by us (whether on the website, by phone, email, or in person) are given in good faith and based on the information supplied to us. Such advice does not constitute professional or technical specifications and is not a substitute for independent professional advice. It remains your responsibility to ensure that any goods are suitable for your intended use and site conditions. We accept no liability for losses arising where advice proves unsuitable in circumstances not fully disclosed to us.
8. Title & Risk
- Legal ownership of goods remains with us until full payment is received.
- Risk passes to you once goods are delivered or collected.
9. Force Majeure
- We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, courier delays, strikes, natural disasters, adverse weather, supplier shortages, or other unforeseen circumstances.
10. Data Protection & Privacy
- We take your privacy seriously. Personal data is used solely for processing your order, managing your account, arranging delivery (including sharing details with our couriers), and fulfilling our legal obligations.

11. Complaints

- We aim to acknowledge complaints within 1 working day and resolve them as quickly as possible.
12. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
13. Severability
- If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms are drafted in good faith and with the intention of complying with applicable laws and regulations. If any provision is found to conflict with the law, it will be modified or interpreted to the minimum extent necessary to bring it into compliance while preserving the overall intent and effect of these Terms.
14. Acceptance of Terms
