Packaging - it's a fine balance

When delivery of paint goes wrong it has the potential to go very wrong indeed!  Thankfully paint spills are rare and far between. If a paint tin does get damaged on the way to you, the contents should be contained with the clear plastic bag so as not to damage your carpets or the other items in the delivery van. By the way, if this does happen to you, please take photos and contact us asap so that we can sort it out.

The dispatch team always try to strike a balance between getting the product to you in good condition and the amount of packaging we use. Having said that we do need to use some packaging so we have created this packaging recycling guide to the materials we use so that you know how best to recycle them. 

We are continuously improving the packaging we use. We are currently researching a plastic-free and cost-effective way to get non-fragile bulky items to you (and ensure they go through the automated courier hubs without damage) - watch this space!
